cute little balcony/terrace, community-focused atmosphere, exceptional host assistance

Rooms could definitely use better lighting effects!!! A bit cramped for moving without bumping into something!!! The shower temperature adjustments were quite a struggle, leading to uncomfortable experiences!!!

The outdoor garden area was a delightful spot to unwind after a day of exploring, providing a tranquil ambiance for our morning coffee.

The absence of an elevator while staying on the third floor made lugging our bags quite the workout.

Our room on the ground floor was spacious and comfy. It had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. The electric kettle was a nice touch, and the patio outside was perfect for chilling out. Spotless and modern throughout, this place definitely felt like a home away from home.

The outside garden provided a tranquil space for morning coffee and evening relaxation, enhancing the overall experience. Close proximity to essential shops and local bakeries added convenience to our stay. the location felt somewhat remote, with some unpleasant odors from nearby drains detracting from the atmosphere. the noise from outside could also be a concern during the night.

friendly service

It was just a fitting option for a brief hiatus in Split with best value for money ratio. The friendly gentleman who checked us in provided great maps and tips which really enhanced our visit. Make sure to pack light as the room felt quite cramped.

Couple's hidden gem

The studio was very spacious, with huge windows flooding the place with light! Frane, our host, took the time to explain the area and even offered local secrets which made our evenings feel special.

It wasn't exactly what you'd call budget-friendly, but worth it.
